PSLPD elevates traffic enforcement efforts City-wide
In response to our citizens ’ concerns of excessive speeding , aggressive driving and red light running throughout the City , the PSLPD Traffic Unit elevated traffic enforcement and education efforts last month .
Along with the help of our Public Information Officers ’ social media campaign educating the public on the increased efforts , our Traffic Unit seems to be everywhere and anywhere , day or night , rain or shine .
From U . S . 1 to SW Village Parkway and everywhere in between , you might have seen our Traffic Unit ’ s efforts to make our roads safer . From excessive speeding to racing on highways , our traffic unit will be holding unlawful drivers accountable .
You can expect our elevated enforcement and education efforts to continue indefinitely !
