In November , the Governmental Finance Corporation ( GFC ) entered into a beekeeping lease agreement with Church Lane Apiaries , LLC for several GFC-owned properties in Southern Grove .
These sites will continue to remain in agricultural use until they are ready for development . The prior agricultural cattle lease became challenging once construction of the spine roadway network commenced . Beekeeping on the site allows for the bee boxes to be moved , as needed , with little to no interruption .
