v Ask each group to get a team parent to direct the research and preparation for multimedia presentations.
v Seek some parents/guardians or community members to be interviewed (ex. some
who have been to college).
v Invite parents/guardians or community members to class the days the college
presentations are made. Parents/guardians can videotape presentations so that the
students will have the valuable learning experiences later on about how they look and
sound when speaking to a group. Parents/guardians could also help with slide
presentations, critique live performances, serve on a discussion panel, or provide any
number of other services.
