Preparing What’s My Line Card Pendants:
Instructions
1. On one side of your index card, PRINT NEATLY in bold letters the
name of the position you researched in the center of the index card.
2. On the other side, using your research notes, write a brief (3-5 items)
bulleted summary of any special educational certification requirements
and job duties of this position.
Use bullet points like this:
a) Four-year college degree with special courses in administration
b) Responsible for district spending
c) Hires teachers
3. Make a card for each position assigned to you. List your research
source(s), and write your name in the bottom right hand corner below
your summary.
4. Using the hole puncher, punch a hole in the center top of each card you
completed.
5. To assemble your “What’s My Line” pendant, you will need a 38” length
of yarn or string. Thread the yarn through the hole in each card. Tie the
ends so that it will fit comfortably around your neck.
