For which she was awarded the title Atlas of Project Management 2015 for spreading the idea and knowledge of project management in Poland .
• She popularises project management knowledge among children and young people as the initiator and manager of the international IPMA Kids Programme .

• She is scientifically involved in the management of organisations , teams and projects . She is particularly close to rare diseases , where sustainable management is essential : social awareness , systemic solutions , socio-economic benefits from treating patients with orphan drugs , development of non-governmental patient organisations , and development support for families with children with special needs .
• Responsible management and economic education of children and young people is also important to her — the Mather of Platinum Boy , who has CLN2 .
