SELVACÉUTICA - an unbelievable adventure !

In Chocó , Western Colombia , an isolated coastal rainforest region , a highly educated woman , Mabel Gisela Torres Torres ( no 3 from the left on the picture ) has dedicated her life to establish a sustainable activity to support the local population to appropriate that knowledge and innovation for the benefit of economic development in her region .
This article started with describing the project to develop Selvaceutica and ended up with describing how much ONE single person , with her good helpers , can achieve by dedicating herself to a mission ! I hope this will be a huge inspiration for all voluntary work ! This story shows how you can change the lifes for so many people by having a dream of helping others ! I was a member of an international project under the auspices of IPMA ( International Project Management Association , https :// ipma . world /) in 2021-2023 .
