The Master
Bedroom
is now a
Master Suite
Adjacent to this room is the Master
Bedroom (or if you ask me, a whole
designer suite by itself). Entering
this room, you would realise that the
original layout was just a small box with
an attached bathroom. However, now
with the tasteful renovation that has
been done, there are two attachments
to the Master Bedroom, both in bigger
sizes compared to the original.
Designed in such a way that the
entrance to the room, and the new
room attached to it could be made into
walk in wardrobes or a sitting lounge
while the bed could be set up in the
huge additionally built up area that
supersedes sizes of a lot of modern-day
studio suites.
Remember earlier I mentioned the fire
exit staircase? Well, that leads straight
to this room. So, for those who are
thinking of renting this space out, you
could always seal up this room from the
original Master Bedroom and leave it
as a standalone suite. But if it was me, I
would maintain it as part of my Master
Bedroom and call it the Master Suite.
The whole Master Bedroom is easily
1,000 sq ft at the moment!
Up, up and away we go to the hidden second floor
Well, you may think that is all right? You are
mistaken. There is actually a second staircase that
leads you up to the second floor (second halffloor
to be precise). There are two more rooms
atop the house at the attic area.
Both rooms are equally large where they could
accommodate a single bed, wardrobe and a study
table each. The only problem is that it is a little hot
up there as there is no ventilation. Not to fret, just by insulating the floor, this
hurdle can be crossed and it would lead you to having an additional two rooms
that your older two offspring would really appreciate.
