A Throne for the ground floor King
In between this room and the kitchen,
there is the original Ground Floor
washroom. As any standard home,
the washroom was very small but the
couple decided to extend it to five
times its original size (to accommodate
more stalls for the little ones) with mini
toilet bowls too. It’s so cute! However,
if you are not into cute things, it could
be destroyed and remodeled into a
huge wet and dry designer bathroom if
you may.
The first-floor suites
Going upstairs, as you step up the
double staircase, you will be met by a
landing area that could host a reading
chair and downlight for those nights
that require peace and harmony.
To the right of the landing area is a huge
room with a bathroom. No, this isn’t
the master bedroom. Instead, this was
originally two rooms that have been
renovated into one.
You could maintain it as a huge guest
room or pass it to one lucky family
member as a suite or convert it back
into two rooms (if you need more rooms
than the house already has now).
To the left of the landing area is a smaller
stand-alone room. This room wasn’t in
the original layout, instead, it was built.
The room could easily host a single
bed, a wardrobe and a study table
with utmost ease. Furthermore, it has a
window that faces the main entrance.
Perfect for a study or a home office.
