Leah has provided excellent quality of service, professionalism, attention to detail, a “can-do” attitude, and excellent
responsiveness over the past two years that she has managed the buildings.
Additionally, I have spoken to several tenants in both buildings and they are very happy with CBC and more specifically,
Leah’s performance and have stated that all of their issues are addressed promptly and the properties are always in good
condition.
