Albert Bandura was a social learning theorist and believed
that what children saw greatly influenced what they did. He
devised the Bobo doll experiment to prove that children
copied the behaviour they saw from adults.

welcoming to everyone, treat young people,
parents/carers and colleagues with respect and
kindness, show an interest in them by actively
listening and responding to their thoughts and
ideas. Young people will respond to your positive
actions with their own.
