As a Perioperative Nurse , Peter Bright is an Operating Room Registered Nurse who provides care for patients before , during , and after surgeries . He cares for surgical patients outside of sterile operating rooms and assists with surgical instruments and equipment inside operating suites .
Peter born in Daytona Beach , Florida to Pernell and Bride Bright is the seventh child of nine siblings . His older sister is a Nurse , his older brother is a Paramedic Fireman , and his younger sister is a Surgical Tech . I think it is safe to say health care service is something that runs in his family genes .
Having matriculated through Daytona Beach Community College and later at Central Florida University , Ocala , Florida , Peter first medical position was a Surgical Technologist , later a Surgical 1st Assistant , and now an Operating Room Registered Nurse since 2002 . Peter now resides in Laconia , New Hampshire where he serves as a traveling nurse rotating between three hospitals in the New England area .
Specializing in surgeries including Open Heart , Vascular , Robotic , and OBGYN , Peter is constantly receiving advanced training in support of the Doctors , other health professionals and the patients to make all participation parties feel the most comfort during their operation and sometimes chaotic situation .
Peter plans to continue to help people recover from illness , promote healthiness , and encourage education . He hope to inspire and mentor more young men to become nurses .
