The Girl Scout program is girl-driven, reflecting the ever changing needs and interests of today’s girls. Girls discover the fun, friendship and power of girls together.

Girl Scouts—Dakota Horizons program events encourage skill-building through hands-on activities. Girls experience increased responsibility and decision-making skills through girl-led processes and the importance of teamwork through cooperative learning.

All program activities are grade-appropriate and based on the Girl Scout Leadership Experience and the Girl Scout Promise and Law.

Please contact your local Program & Learning Specialist for information regarding additional program opportunities not listed in this guide.
