Caitlin Doherty Joins Erikson Audio as Vice President
Erikson Audio has appointed Caitlin Doherty as its vice president .
A veteran of the pro audio industry , Doherty comes to Erikson after a 10-year stint at SFM , where she served as the project manager for lighting before ascending to the role of audio brand manager , and subsequently taking up the mantle as brand management manager for the company at large . Additionally , Doherty holds a Bachelor of Music , as well as a master ’ s degree in sound recording , from McGill University .

Jeremy Cook Joins SFM as Marketing Manager
SFM has announced the hiring of Jeremy Cook in the role of marketing manager .
With over 20 years of experience in the music retail industry with Tom Lee Music , Cook has built a diverse career overseeing many facets of business in his roles as division manager , marketing manager , buyer , and ecommerce manager . He also holds degrees in purchasing , supply chain management , and audio engineering .

As marketing manager , Cook ’ s role is to ensure the day-to-day marketing operations are focused on initiatives that align with SFM ’ s strategic business growth . He ’ ll be responsible for standardizing and communicating marketing best practices in promotions , product launches , budgeting , and campaign planning for all marketing channels . He ’ ll also oversee the framework for channel communications and will be the marketing point of contact for key ecommerce accounts .

ShowSDT Announces Chief Operating Officer Role for Nancy McNeil
ShowSDT has announced the promotion of Nancy McNeil to the role of chief operating officer . She also maintains her role as director of human resources .
Denis Lefrançois , president and CEO of ShowSDT , credits McNeil for successfully guiding the company through the human resources challenges presented by the pandemic . He says her wealth of experience , having served in several senior leadership roles over the years with Solotech , Scapin , and Show Distribution , allowed her to take on this daunting challenge with success . In her continued role as COO , McNeil will oversee all aspects of ShowSDT ’ s operations .
