Sanken Microphones has introduced the CS-M1 super cardioid shotgun microphone.
Measuring 4 in. in length and weighing less than 2 oz., the unobtrusive CS-M1 can be used in tight-mic
situations. Like all Sanken shotguns, it is designed to be rugged and dependable with a wide range of applica-
tions where sound clarity and noise rejection are critical requirements. It features advanced RFI rejection and a
frequency range of 100 Hz-18 kHz.
The CS-M1 is especially suited to shoots where tight patterns are the goal. It can be camera mounted without
interfering with a short lens and still provide professional quality audio. It is also built to be resistant to humidity
and adverse temperature changes.
