Solid State Logic L100 Live Console
Solid State Logic has released the L100 live console. The L100 provides a physi-
cally smaller audio solution than the larger L500, L300, and L200 models for space
restricted installations, sub-mix positions, or corporate production.
The L100 features the same high headroom, low latency SSL Tempest Audio Engine
as the other SSL Live consoles, guaranteed showfile compatibility across the range, and
the same I/O options, including SSL SuperAnalogue stageboxes (over MADI or Dante),
local analog and digital I/O, and Blacklight.
The L100 has a compact, 12+2 fader configuration frame, while retaining fast access
layer/bank switching and Super-Q technology. The 17-in. multi-gesture touchscreen gives
access to all of the console's functions, and combines with Quick Controls in the central
Fader tile to provide intuitive hands-on hardware control. For more faders, the L100 can be expanded with the addition of SSL’s new Remote Tile
and more screen space can be added via an external touchscreen and the addition of tablet control.

Axiom CX15A Coaxial Stage Monitor
Axiom has released the CX15A coaxial stage monitor. The transducer’s coaxial design offers a
stable acoustical pattern on both the horizontal and vertical axis. The low-distortion com-
pression driver is equipped with a pure titanium diaphragm and edge-wound aluminum
ribbon voice coil for a precise and controlled conical dispersion of 80 degrees.
The 15-in. woofer is equipped with a special interleaved sandwich 3-in. voice coil and an
aluminum demodulation ring. The system processing is based on the Core DSP platform de-
signed by Proel. It features 40-bit, 96 kHz floating point resolution and 24-bit AD/DA converters. Also,
the CX15A is powered by a new generation of Class D power amplifiers with digitally-controlled SMPS.

Yorkville Coliseum C2891 & C1891 Speakers
Yorkville Sound has reissued the Coliseum C2891 and C1891 speakers. Both models are available in
black and white and come with installation brackets.
The C2891 is the lowest-profile cabinet in the Coliseum line. Its unique shape makes for tighter arrays
and the ability to fly the cabinet much closer to walls and ceilings than conventional loudspeaker boxes.
This 2 x 8-in./1-in. horn, 200-W loudspeaker is designed for installations where sightlines might be an
issue. By design, the C2891 can be flown vertically or horizontally with a rotatable 90 x 30-degree horn
allowing high frequency dispersion to be tailored to suit cabinet orientation and placement.
The 150-W Coliseum C1891 installation loudspeaker is ideal for a variety of commercial audio applica-
tions. The 90 x 30-degree rotatable 1-in. horn allows the cabinet to be oriented vertically or horizontally.
Nine flypoints ensure easy rigging and the C1890 has both binding strip and 1/4-in. jack inputs. An
all-metal U-bracket is included.
