NEXT Audiocom has introduced A504DSP , an amplifier that combines a lightweight , 4 x 500W ( 2 x 1000W ) amplifier , with a powerful DSP engine that can be configured to suit a wide range of tasks , without the need for additional equipment , to drive a wide range of loudspeaker systems .
The close integration of processing and amplification allows the DSP to monitor and better adapt to amplifier behaviour , making dynamics processing far more accurate and effective than that typically achieved with separate components , says Next . The A504DSP flexibly distributes the total amplifier power in various combinations across four , three , or two outputs to drive .
Shure GLX + Dual Band Wireless System
Shure has introduced its new and improved GLX-D + Dual Band Wireless System . Audient iD24 Interface
Audient has introduced the new 10in / 14out audio interface , iD24 . Designed to make recordings better , it slots neatly between the iD14 and the more recently launched iD44 in terms of functionality and boasts the audio performance and feature set associated with the iD range . iD24 features two Audient Console Mic Preamps , which - as with every iD interface - are the same discrete circuit design as those found in the flagship ASP8024- HE console . The class leading converters utilise 32-bit DAC converter technology which deliver a massive 126dB of dynamic range
Maintaining a focus on workflow , any of the advanced monitoring features , including Speaker Select , Talkback , Polarity Invert and Mono can be assigned to any of the three programmable function buttons .
