Luminex GigaCore Ethernet Switch Range
Luminex has announced the launch of additional GigaCore models to its 10 Gigabit Ethernet line of switches . The new models , GigaCore 20t , 18t and 16t , are specifically designed for professional touring applications in lighting , audio , and video with frequent tear-down and build-up requirements or for any other application where ruggedized connectivity is necessary . These new switches join the GigaCore 30i that was launched last year .
Luminex ’ s new 10Gb Ethernet switches are dedicated to converged networking out of the box . Now with 10Gb connectivity options , the GigaCore range allows full network convergence of audio , lighting , intercom , ( compressed ) video and more . Pre-configured Quality of Service ( QoS ), IGMP multicast , and PTPv2 settings will assure a responsive and extremely stable network environment for the most demanding time-critical audio protocols like Dante™ , AES67 , Q-SYS , and many others . Furthermore AVB / MILAN is supported out of the box on the management group ( VLAN ) and can operate simultaneously with the aforementioned PTPV2 applications in a converged network on multiple Groups ( VLANS ). Without the need of any IT knowledge and without having to make compromises .

Rosco Image Spot HO
Rosco has announced the release of the Image Spot HO , the latest addition to their Image Spot Projector range . The 75W Image Spot HO is the brightest projector in the Image Spot range , producing up to 2,900 lumens of output , making it ideal for use in museums , retail stores , themed environments , and hospitality venues . The fixture ’ s superior optics enable it to produce sharp gobo projections up to 75 ’ ( 22m ) away . The Image Spot HO is available in two color temperature options : 3,000K warm white and 5,500K cool white .
The Image Spot HO produces powerful gobo projections and is designed to accept steel and glass Image Spot Gobos . The fixture ’ s gobo cassette even accepts thicker Effects Glass gobos like Image Glass , ColorWaves , as well as Rosco Permacolor dichroic glass filters . The Image Spot HO remains compatible with the original Image Spot Lens Optics , available in 10 °, 19 °, 25 °, and 30 °, for precise control of its beam angle .
