In Section 4 I will explore how the design of “The Ageless Playhouse” complies with the Building
Regulations under Part B, (Fire Strategy) Part K (Protection from falling, collisions and impact)
and Part M, (Equality Act). My main focus will be on the first floor of the three floor design
proposal.
Here I have sketched the proposed fire strategy to give an insight on the routes and to see how
the layout can be improved to fall in line with the regulations.
