Manifesto
SCRAPP Interiors is an employee owned practice centred
around reimagining and reusing with creative enthusiasm,
throughtful service and innovative playfulness. Where you see
SCRAPP we see PPotential. We specialise in hospitality and
service design, working on a business to business structure.
Here at SCRAPP Interiors, a huge inspiration behind our
designs is recycling, making what once was old and considered
unusable or unfashionable a new stylish piece of furniture or
room with a sustainable twist. Our projects range from large
scale whole buildings to smaller elements of design such as
furnishings. We are an employee owned organisation creating
a non hierarchical work environment, where every employee
is considered equal.
Playful adaptations of existing elements from large scale
buildings to furniture. Reimagining and reusing with creative
enthusiasm and thoughtful service.
.............................
While our usual project structure resembles
an element of hierarchy, we can assure that all
employees are treated equally, having the same
salaries and benefits.

A typical project at SCRAPP is led by an Interior
Architect/ Project Manager, who is assisted by
other members of the team who also lead their own
projects. This way all employees are integrated in
multiple projects at one time while having a steady
workload. We also communicate with a range
of specialists who give insight depending on the
project.
