As the first fabricator to design and have an exclusive suite of profiles , those unique designs have replicated the natural features of a timber window and clients have benefited from an near identical look of a traditional window but with the longevity and maintenance free benefits making it a perfect choice for consumers .

Our Ranges are extensive , our Bygone Collection being our flagship range made up of three amazing exclusive options Melody , Harmony & Symphony . Our Classic Collection also has four exclusive options Authentic , Heritage , Vintage and Neosash .

Although we only manufacture , we recognise that customers desire complete peace

of mind when they take the decision to change their windows . Therefore 25 years ago we started the Bygone Collection Master Installer Scheme . It has been hugely successful and remains one of the longest serving network schemes within the industry .

Many of our Master Installers have been members of the scheme since its inception , their loyalty is something we never take for granted and demonstrates our ability to keep our product attractive and relevant after nearly 40 years .

Our experience and skill are vast across all sectors , retail , newbuild and commercial . We have been especially successful in larger commercial contracts such as Lambtom Park , in the North East to St Swithuns School in Winchester . Our products are so close to timber that clients are amazed at how close to the original we can produce . Off course such contracts then benefit from the huge cost savings of maintenance and reduce sound .

As a specialist brand we have stayed completely focused on not only our quality and service but our drive to innovate the

product stretching the boundaries has elevated us to develop and design many new and individual features from exclusive profiles made in not only PVC but GRP including Slim Meeting Rail , Mullions , Cills , Georgian Bars , Staff Bead Trims , Vent Concealers , and bespoke furniture in a variety of beautiful and traditional colours .

Our near 50 strong team share a culture of hard work , exceptional skill , honesty and trust . We became an Employee Ownership Trust in March 2023 - this has allowed us to cement and grow on these special qualities . We allow our staff to feel empowered to have a voice and if they want to develop we encourage it and facilitate their wishes , this year alone we have seen two people elevate their positions to Technical Assistant and Manufacturing Manager , their talent has benefited both them and us .
