Reliability has been another plus point. Orders usually arrive when expected, and if there is ever a delay, we are told in advance. That helps us manage our own jobs and keeps things running smoothly for our customers.
One of the biggest benefits for us has been the support beyond just supplying doors. The training and product knowledge we have had from Entrance CDS has
helped us improve our sales process and cut down on mistakes. There have been times when we have been with a customer and needed a quick technical answer, and we have been able to call and get that answer there and then. It gives customers confidence, and it helps us win work.
We have also had leads passed over from Entrance CDS for customers in our area. That is
always appreciated, especially as it is work coming in without any extra marketing spend. The customer already knows the product, which makes those conversations much easier.
Another thing we value is that they listen. We like to give feedback, and it is taken on board. It does not feel like it disappears into a system somewhere. You can see that they are trying to improve and bring out new styles
and options, which helps us stay competitive.
Overall, working with Entrance CDS has given us more confidence in what we are selling. We are not worrying about whether the product will live up to expectations, and that shows in how we deal with customers. It has helped us build our reputation locally and keep moving forward as a business.
We are still growing and have plans to open a showroom in
2027 as well as expand further into nearby areas. Having the right suppliers around us will be key to that, and Entrance CDS will definitely be part of that journey.
