FINDING THE RIGHT FIT: HAUS INSTALLATIONS ON WORKING WITH ENTRANCE CDS

As HAUS Installations has expanded its offering across the West Midlands, the team has had to make careful decisions about who they work with. Behind the day-to-day running of any successful installation business is a network of suppliers that help keep things on track, and finding the right partners is key to maintaining quality and consistency. For HAUS, working with Entrance CDS has become an important part of that network, supporting both their standards and their plans for continued growth.
We are a local independent company, mainly working with uPVC and aluminium products. Our range covers everything from windows and composite doors through to fascia, guttering, cladding, bifolds, warm roofs and more recently modular conservatories and extensions. As a business, we have always tried to offer a complete service, and a big part of that is making sure the products we install live up to what we promise.
Before working with Entrance CDS, that was not always easy, especially when it came to composite doors. Aftercare was probably the biggest issue for us. We put a lot of effort into looking after our customers, but that can only go so far if the supplier behind you is not doing the same. We also ran into the usual problems such as bowing doors, cracked slabs, missed delivery dates and poor communication. After trying a few different suppliers, we started to think that was just how it was.
At the same time, customers were asking for more choice. Colour options and bespoke designs were becoming more important, and we needed a supplier that could keep up with that as well as support us properly.
We first came across Entrance CDS through a customer enquiry. From the start, things felt different. The response was quick, the setup was straightforward, and we were able to get going almost straight away. What stood out to us was how seriously we were taken. We were still a fairly young company, but we felt like they could see where we were heading and were willing to support that.
Since then, the relationship has grown into something that feels more like a partnership than a standard supplier arrangement. We both want to improve and grow, and that makes it easy to work together. If we have a question, someone picks up the phone. If we send an email,
we get a reply in good time. It sounds simple, but it makes a big difference day to day.
The product itself has also been a big step up for us. In our experience, these are the best composite doors we have worked with. They are straightforward to install and we get very few callbacks, which is what every installer wants. On the rare occasion something does go wrong, it gets sorted without hassle.
