SUCCESS FOR
ERA AT SCTX
Leading home security specialist, ERA has re-
ported significant interest in Lockdown, the UK’s first
emergency barricade device that can lock down a door in
seconds in a crisis situation, following a successful show at
the recent Security & Counter Terror Expo (SCTX), held at
Olympia in London.
Stuart Costigan, product manager at ERA said, ‘We had a
busy show and were delighted to see a great deal of interest
in Lockdown, from a whole range of sectors including hospi-
tality, emergency services, armed forces, security consultants
who advise on security issues associated with commercial
properties as well as close protection security personnel.
‘The quality of interest was very good indeed and is a
strong indication that there is a ready market for an innova-
tive and versatile product such as Lockdown.’
