WarmCore® in its ever-expanding
product line-up. To provide the
best service to customers for this
latest addition, the company has
established a new manufacturing
unit near its existing PVCu Somer-
set premises.
WarmCore® offers contempo-
rary design, top quality manufac-
ture and thermal performance: at
the heart of all WarmCore® prod-
ucts is a unique, multi-chambered,
central element that insulates the
outer aluminum frame from that
of the inner. Consequently, the
transfer of temperature from one
side of the frame to the other is
drastically reduced.
WarmCore® products feature
state-of-the-art materials that have
been specifically designed and
rigorously tested. The precision
manufacturing process includes
the fitting of high quality hard-
ware for security and longevity, a
high-quality surface finish, with
slim and elegant sightlines, as well
as triple-sealed weather-strips, gas-
kets and mouldings that eradicate
draughts and ensure the frames
are resistant to whatever the ele-
ments can throw at them.
Using the best materials avail-
able ensures strength and struc-
tural integrity, to create a range of
products ideal for both residential
and commercial applications.

Frames include a range of tra-
ditional, French and multi-pane,
folding and sliding, bi-fold doors -
and now, to augment the range of
doors, a new range of WarmCore®
windows.
Trade Frames, established in
1988 by its now managing director
Keith Matthews, provides top
quality and bespoke PVCu win-
dows, doors and conservatories
that are made to measure at what

house manufacturing facility com-
plemented by a fast and reliable
delivery system allows it to offer
unrivalled customer service.
The company has expanded
steadily over the years and now
employs over 40 full-time staff at
its 23,000 sq ft premises in the
historic south Somerset town of
Martock.
The factory is capable of pro-
ducing A-rated PVCu frames for
windows, doors and conservato-
ries, whether they are of standard
size or bespoke.
Jamie Rhind is the company’s
new national sales manager who
will be out on the road at the end
of May. He has been welcomed
into Trade Frames for his fresh
outlook and new enthusiasm.
The company has also intro-
duced its online ordering system,
Trade Frames 24/7. This allows
registered users to log in, browse
through the extensive range of
products on offer, choose the
style, size and quantity they want
– even if it’s a bespoke design
– and then retrieve a quote and
place an order.
Trade Frames has formed a
close association with the supplier
of PVCu products, Synseal. This
partnership has allowed Trade
Frames to become one of the UK’s
largest manufacturers of Synseal
products and, with the develop-
ment and introduction of new
systems and designs, it has helped
keep Trade Frames at the cutting
edge of the marketplace.
