David Maybank (pictured), who boasts almost three decades’ experience in the plastic building products industry, has joined the Manchester-headquartered company as its commercial manager. The move has seen David join forces once again with a former colleague – Magden’s commercial director, Laurence Hicks. Having worked together in two companies previously, Laurence said he was ‘delighted’ to have the opportunity to work with David again. “I’ve worked with David for 15 years in other companies, and I know his customer support expertise and technical knowledge will be a great addition to the business. www.prindustrial.co.uk “His experience of this industry covers both manufacturing and distribution, so he has a great understanding of the issues our customers and suppliers face, as well as exceptional product knowledge.” Magden, which has four branches in Manchester, Cleckheaton, Rotherham, and Birtley, has built a reputation as one of the AND R country’s leading suppliers for double-glazing and roofline installers. With a wide range of stock and an emphasis on customer service, the company’s client base has grown far outside its North of England origins.
