I get asked all sorts of questions and I’ m a firm believer in there’ s no such thing as a silly question. The main question I get asked is whether our roof system is building

regulations compliant, and the answer to that is YES.
We have all the certification required to reassure installers and homeowners that the product you’ re getting from SupaLite fully conforms to industry standards.
Secondly, I get asked are our roofs simple to install, and the answer is YES they’ re incredibly simple.

What Support Do You Provide Your Customers?
I try to support our customers in every way shape and form. From samples for their showrooms, to new and updated literature. I also provide training sessions remotely. Running through all our products with various samples, going as in-depth as needed to make sure our customers have confidence in our products.
Alongside explaining the process of what’ s required at the point of quotation and order, making the whole process as seamless as possible. Sometimes, just some simple advice goes a long way.
How Do You Keep Up with and Meet Customer Demands?
Great question, good planning and communication are an absolute must. However, I wouldn’ t be able to do what I do across the country without knowing I have a fantastic team behind me. Every department plays a crucial role in supporting all our customers. We all work collectively together to achieve the end goal.
How Are You Preparing for the FIT Show with Your New and Existing Customers?
On every visit I’ m reminding our customers we’ re showcasing at the FIT show this year. Mailshots and social media posts are also being produced every week. I think it’ s

important to support each other and see the industry coming together and I think there’ s no better event to do that with.

’ SupaLite at FIT Show 2025
Over the next few months, we’ ll be delving deeper into Aaron’ s and SupaLite’ s journey of 2025 so far. With FIT Show around the corner, SupaLite are working hard behind the scenes to make it the best trade show yet.
