What is Your Job Role and Responsibilities?
As Business Development Manager, my primary objectives are to ensure and maintain business growth by retaining our existing customer base, alongside identifying, and growing new business opportunities and partnerships.
Tell Us About Your Background in the Industry
I’ ve been working within the fenestration industry for over 10 years and first started my journey within the retail building / renovation sector over 13 years ago.
Throughout my career, I’ ve built strong relationships within the industry, stayed up to date with evolving technologies and trends, and developed a passion for helping businesses and customers achieve success.

When Did You Take Over Becoming the New Man in the SupaLite Van?
I officially took on the responsibility in November 2024 when I first joined SupaLite. From the moment I stepped into the role, I quickly realised just how valuable the SupaLite Support Vehicle would be in providing hands-on help to our network of installers, trade partners, and customers.
The van has become an integral part of my day-to-day work, allowing me to be on the road, meeting with professionals across the industry and ensuring they have everything they need to succeed with SupaLite products.
Who Have You Visited So Far?
Since November, I’ ve covered vast areas of the UK to ensure I meet with our extensive existing customer base. This has involved visiting retailers, merchants, and our valued Plus and Premium installer network to strengthen relationships, provide support, and ensure they have everything they need to succeed.
I’ ve been simultaneously engaging with new prospects to help continue the growth of the business.
What Areas Do You Cover, or Do You Travel the Whole of the UK?
I cover the South of the UK- from the Midlands to the depths of Cornwall, along the whole south coast and to the east.

That’ s the one thing I love about my job.- from one day to the next I can be at completely different ends of the country meeting new people and businesses explaining how SupaLite can support them.

Here at SupaLite, we want the customer at the heart of all our decisions. I personally aim to maintain the exceptional service levels SupaLite have provided since their launch. By taking the customers’ needs into account every step of the way, I believe it will enable us to achieve that goal.
