KIT REVIEW
TACTICAL UNIVERSAL CLIP
The Government applications for this system
have certainly been well identified hence the
desire to push forward with non-M4 based platforms, more specifically the UK Armed Police
would find this of great benefit. I also know
that this bit of kit would allow users in a CP/
PMC/MARSOC role the flexibility of choice and
even a simple demonstration of the TUC combined with the BFG PLATEminus showed its
low visibility signature, weapon retention and
accessibility to transition to target acquisition
and then holstering, making people think.
There are several reviews, including demonstration videos of this product covering off
other elements such as the attachment, use
and key features. All I would say is that if you
are presented with a chance to run this system
even for a short time, take it. It will require a
new learning process and muscle memory but
the advantages over the sling in a variety of
operations and allowing the user flexibility of
choice can never be a bad thing.
This product is currently available from a small
selection of European retailers, however if you
were looking at securing more than 5+ units
I would recommend that you contact Tactical
Universal Clip direct. Their web address is:
