The Lions Club ‘Win your Weight in
Beer’ raffle was won by Ron Kocaj,
Griffith. Ron’s weight is equal to ten
cartons of beer and organisers Anthony
Slattery and Buck Howard would have
been in a spot of bother if Ron had
weight a few kilos more. As can be
seen in our photo the 10 cartons were
ready to topple over.
