Kid’s Trash and Treasure at the Railway Station
The Lions Service Club Market, held
on the 31st November, was once
again a success with new hobby
business’ appearing for the first time.
Wes Moorhouse and Peter Seaman
cooked the bbq for hungry shoppers and
sellers.
Tables lined the Railway Station platform.
Usually deserted, the Hay Railway
Station was abuzz on 1st December
when 2HayFM ran their first ‘Kids
trash and treasure Table Sale’.
Tables lined the platform and
shoppers popped in picking up
bargains galore. Mr. Whippy also
made a visit to the sale, much to the
delight of all the kids (big and small).
Printed Post knows of one family that
missed out, so went hunting in the local
streets to track down the ice cream van.
Brenda Gash: Trinkets and treasures for
sale at the ‘Trash & Treasure’ table sale.
Paula Harris: custom Christmas Baubles.
