Hay Show 2013 On loan for the Hay Show, this woollen mural was the Southern District Regional exhibit at the Royal Easter Show (Sydney). Many volunteers and Hay Show Committee members spent a hectic week setting up for the 141st Annual Hay Show. Shayne’s height makes him an asset when it comes to installing the hessian. “Although entries in the pavilion were down on previous years, the quality of entries was good”, said Jill Chapman (President Hay Show Society). Gate taking were also slightly down but there was the challenge of many other events on over the weekend. Everyone was pleased with the beautiful weather, which held out until the show finished on Sunday. Setting up the photography section Aileen Honeyman and Kerry Nevinson Jams, pickles and fresh produce: Rebecca Tomelero and Felicity Maynard Nerida Reid and Cheryl Hurst not only helped set up displays, they took entries over the week before the show. 15 Sally Ware taking entries for the Junior Show Girl and Master Stockman event.
