Book Store Orders
Step 1: Contact the Bookstore Manager
Always begin by emailing the PDF of the book to your bookstore manager for your campus. Book store orders placed should be a ready-to-print PDF format. Print and Graphics cannot put together your book.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have a special request, you will first need to make an appointment with a print specialist. PLEASE NO WALK-INS. See information below to contact by email the print specialist to review your special request.

Step 2: Determine the Type of Order
There are two types of bookstore orders:
Bookstore Managers- Click here to order books with no changes
A. Reordering an Existing Book( No Changes) Only the bookstore manager can order books for your class based on the official class roster. YOU MUST CONTACT THEM FIRST.
1. The bookstore manager can go directly to the Print Shop Pro homepage. 2. Click on " Store Items." 3. Then, select " Bookstore " from the right-hand blue menu bar. 4. Complete the order as usual.
B. Ordering a New or Updated Book

Instructor must mail the PDF file of the new or updated book to your campus bookstore manager. The bookstore manager will then:
○ Forward the file to Jerome Smith, Vianey Mendoza, and Cinthya Salmon.
○ We will proceed updating pricing and have the book added to the bookstore section of Print Shop Pro.
Once pricing is confirmed and the book is available in Print Shop Pro:
○ The print department will notify the bookstore manager by email. The bookstore manager can now place the store order.
