marginalized folk everyone had given up on — everyone except
Leo and Jeannette.
About SECOND CHANCE Workshop and ENVIRO PLUS
Second Chance Workshop Inc. is a non-profit agency founded
by Leo and Jeannette Johnson, administered by a board of
directors with Sr. Rita Barrieau serving as Honorary President.
The Second Chance Workshop program is designed to provide
trainees, referred by the Department of Social Services, with basic
employability skills.

Second Chance Workshop participant Marcel Landry is a single
dad who returned to Moncton from Alberta following the death
of his wife. His EI ran out, but now he has a second chance to find

Enviro Plus is a non-profit agency which retails new, refurbished
and/or used furniture, donated by the community and provides a
training place for Second Chance clients to put their skills into
practice. Sales fund the Second Chance program and help local
families.

Moncton. Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am – 5 pm.
