Spring Pea Salad With Cheese
Ingredients
2/3 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup diced red bell pepper
1 cup diced celery
1 (16 ounce) package frozen green peas, thawed
3/4 cup cubed Alpha Morning Sun Northwoods Cheddar
6 leaves lettuce
Directions
In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, salt, pepper, red (or
green) pepper and celery, until combined. Stir in peas and cheese.
Chill until ready to serve. Serve over lettuce leaves.
Blue Cheese & Bacon Potato Salad
Ingredients
1/2 cup
1 cup
1 cup
2 1/2 teapoons
4 oz.
6 oz.
3 pounds
16 oz.
sliced green onions
chopped celery
Mayo
chopped parsley
Belgioioso Blue Cheese Crumbles
Cooked Bacon -diced
cooked, diced potatoes
Sour Cream
salt & pepper to taste
ground black pepper
Baby Field Greens With BellaVitano Cheese
Ingredients
1 bag
mixed Baby Greens
5 oz.
Sartori BellaVitano Shaved Cheese any variety

Red Pepper-cut julienne
1
Yellow Pepper-cut julienne
1/2 cup Red Wine Vinaigrette
Half
Lemon / for juice

carrot, sliced
Directions
Add all ingredients together and serve immediately. Dressing the
salad in advance will wilt the lettuce.
Grand Cru Cheese Dip
Ingredients
1 cup Grand Cru Cheese Shreds
1 cup mayonnaise
1⁄4 cup scallion
1⁄4 cup purple onion
Directions
Add mayonnaise, scallions and onion. Add shredded Grand Cru
Cheese and mix well. Put in fridge until ready to serve. Serve as a
spread with assorted crackers .
