Spring Salads Spring Pea Salad With Cheese Ingredients 2/3 cup mayonnaise salt and pepper to taste 1/3 cup diced red bell pepper 1 cup diced celery 1 (16 ounce) package frozen green peas, thawed 3/4 cup cubed Alpha Morning Sun Northwoods Cheddar 6 leaves lettuce Directions In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, salt, pepper, red (or green) pepper and celery, until combined. Stir in peas and cheese. Chill until ready to serve. Serve over lettuce leaves. Dressing the salad in advance will wilt the lettuce. Grand Cru Cheese Dip Ingredients 1 cup Grand Cru Cheese Shreds 1 cup mayonnaise 1⁄4 cup scallion 1⁄4 cup purple onion Directions Add mayonnaise, scallions and onion. Add shredded Grand Cru Cheese and mix well. Put in fridge until ready to serve. Serve as a spread with assorted crackers .
