Strawberry
Mousse

3/4 cup Daisy® Cottage Cheese
4 ounces cream cheese
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon orange juice
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
Step 1:
Pulse the strawberries in a food processor
until pureed; set aside.
Step 2:
Place the cottage cheese, cream cheese,
sugar and orange juice in a food processor;
process until smooth.
Step 3:
Add the pureed strawberries; process
until blended.
Step 4:
Place into a large bowl; fold in the
whipped topping.
Step 5:
Spoon into serving dishes; refrigerate
until ready to serve.
