Dressing
INGREDIENTS
¾ cup raw apple cider vinegar
1-2 tbsp mayonnaise
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp basil
1 tsp thyme
1½ cups extra virgin olive oil
SALAD BASE
½-1 head lettuce, chopped
½ red onion, halved and thin sliced
1 cucumber, peeled and thin sliced
½ carrot, shredded
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tomatoes with juice, diced
½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Honey Mustard

INGREDIENTS
1 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp sea salt
Ground pepper, to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
SALAD BASE
4 cups romaine lettuce leaves, washed and chopped
1/4 cup diced bacon, cooked and diced
1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, chopped
1 large avocado, pitted and sliced
1/4 cup corn kernels
1/4 of a red onion, sliced
