Before concentrating upon career development for doctors , he worked as Clinical Development Manager at Dollond & Aitchison , being responsible for the recruitment , development , standards of compliance and performance of optometrists . This involved designing recruitment processes , managing interview selection centres and conducting interviews for a wide variety of job roles .
