I’ m Sheneese House-Johnson, CAM, and I’ m honored to share this first issue with you. With over 12 years of experience in property management, client relations, and real estate transformation, my passion has always been creating spaces where people feel valued, respected, and at home.

My journey here is deeply personal. There was a time when I relied on the Richmond Redevelopment & Housing Authority’ s Section 8 program and food assistance. That experience taught me the importance of accessible, dignified living environments— and it continues to drive my mission to this day.
Today, as a wife, mother of six, and business partner alongside my sister, I balance family values with professional excellence. I believe that every property tells a story, and that story should reflect warmth, integrity, and attention to detail.
Prestige Pages was created as more than just a magazine— it’ s a resource, a community, and a conversation. My vision is to reshape how we see property management and residential living. To me, luxury isn’ t just about price tags— it’ s about creating homes that feel personal, attainable, and centered on real people living real lives.
