General Information
Location of Events: The exhibits are located in Halls A4 - D2 in the
Orlando Orange County Convention Center. Premiere DAYSPA is located
in Halls A4 and B1.
Attendance Policy: Premiere Orlando & Premiere DAYSPA are open to
licensed professionals and students ONLY. Vendors reserve the right to
limit purchase quantities, and/or prohibit sales to unauthorized resellers.
Vendors may require proof of professional licensing and photo ID at the
time of purchase, so please have both available while attending the
show. The following is a list of acceptable credentials:
Professionals
• Salon/Spa Business License denoting salon/spa ownership
• Cosmetology, Nail Technician, Esthetician, Massage Therapist,
Barber License
Students
• Active Class Schedule
• Active Unofficial Transcript
• Student Enrollment Paperwork or progress Report
No one under the age of 16, including infants, are allowed on the show
floor or admitted in classrooms. If you have another form of credential
which is not listed above, please visit Registration in Lobby B.
Childcare: SuperSitters, Inc. is an onsite child care company for
shows like Premiere Orlando. The cost is $12 per hour (cash only), per
child, if space is available. Acceptable ages 2 years+.
Location: Room W103 Hours: Sun 8:30a - 6:30p & Mon 8:30a - 5:00p
Registration: Your show pass fee allows you access to the Premiere
Orlando & Premiere DAYSPA Exhibit Hall, all complimentary classrooms,
Main Stage and Hair Color Stage. Please Note: Session attendance is
limited and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Workshops are
priced separately and seating is limited.
All Sales are Final: No refunds will be issued. If your show e-pass
is lost, forgotten or stolen, you can reprint a new show e-pass at
Registration. If you have a physical ticket or CosmoProf receip t, you
will be required to purchase another show pass to gain entrance into
the show.
Continuing Education – Georgia Attendees
Receive two (2) credit hours towards your license. Pick up a certificate
at the end of the show at Registration in Lobby B.
Photos/Video: No photography or videotaping of the Premiere Orlando
Exhibits or Education is allowed without permission from Show Management.
By purchasing a show pass and/or entering Premiere Orlando, I grant
Premiere Show Group and those exhibiting at Premiere Orlando the consent
to use my image or likeness in still, audio and moving recordings that have
been approved by show organizers.
Lost & Found: Located at Show Management Office at Registration in
Lobby B. All lost & found items will be turned over to Convention Center
security on Monday at the end of the show.
Unauthorized Solicitation: Solicitation on the premises of Premiere
Orlando by non-exhibiting personnel and the selling of Show Passes and
Workshop Passes other than authorized personnel is strictly prohibited.
Products purchased and not sold in a professional salon is not
permitted. All the above are violations and violators will be apprehended
and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Premiere Orlando organizers reserve the right to change or cancel any
portion of the program without prior notice. Premiere Orlando cannot be
held responsible for exhibitors that may drop out of the event.

No Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited by the Convention Center.
Designated smoking areas outside the building will be marked.
Show Management Office: The Show Management Office is located
in Lobby B in the registration area.
Parking Lot Shuttles: Drop off and pick up in front of Convention
Center near Lobby E/F.
Taxis: Drop off in the back at Westwood entrance and pick up in the
front of the Convention Center by Hall A/B entrance.
Ride Sharing: Uber and Lyft pick up and drop off located on level 1
outside of Lobby A, Lobby E/F in outer lane, Westwood lobby,
docks & parking.
Hotel Shuttle Bus Service: Shuttle buses run from the Convention
Center to the show hotels. Shuttles run Saturday 10:00a - 7:00p
(every 30 minutes), Sunday 7:30a - 7:30p and Monday 7:30a - 6:30p
(every 15 - 30 minutes).
Location: Drop off and pick up in front of Convention Center by Lobby A/B.
ATM Locations: ATMs are located in Hall C, in Food Courts and in Hall E.
Product Check Storage & Shipping: Store your items while you
continue shopping. Boxes will be available for rent on the show floor in
the back of exhibit hall aisle 3600 and in Central Lobby C.
Special Needs: If you have special needs that require assistance
through Scootaround, please stop by the Westwood Lobby on Level 3.
