ARISE ( Adaptive Recreation and Inclusion Services for Everyone ) Basketball is an adaptive basketball program that encourages participants with special needs to play a team sport in a positive , self-esteem building environment . Athletes will have the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of basketball through drills and fun adaptive games . Personal Assistants are welcome . Team shirts will be provided .
