National Agency for the Control of AIDs 10,000 get NACA's free Medical Treatment in Kaduna. Project Director of NACA/SURE-P Dr Sabastine Wakdok, disclosed at the opening of the exercise in Kwoi, Kaduna State, northern Nigeria, that at least 10,000 people benefited from free medical services for various ailments in Kaduna State. According to National Agency for the Control of Aids, (NACA), the free medical screening which lasted four days in Daudu and Kwoi, tested participants for HIV, blood pressure, blood group and malaria. Dr Wakdok, said the exercise funded by the Subsidy Re-Investment and Empowerment Programme, SURE- P conformed to the Presidency's directive that 80million Nigerians know their HIV status and administered treatment accordingly.
