I Don’t Wanna Be (Gavin DeGraw cover): I loved the message of this song of not bowing down to peer pressures. I wanted to further embrace this message, and drive it home by making the song rock harder, and by adding a guitar solo at the end. Tired: I wrote this song because I love catchy yet powerful songs that capture emotion. I wanted to fuse emotions such as anger with passion which take the listener on an exhilarating ride. I like to tell stories with my lyrics, and to make the listener anticipate how the story is going to end whilst enjoying the scenery that is the music behind the lyrics.
