Body Blendz has four (4) different types of scrubs, they have oats oats baby which is really good if you suffer from eczema and itchy rashes. I wish I would of known about this scrub last year when my skin decided for an entire week that it hated me and was my mortal enemy and my skin broke out in a ridiculous rash (allergic reaction to I have no idea) They also have a Coconut delight scrub it gives your skin the extra hydration that it needs, given that we are going into Fall over here in the U.S well at least in TN it's been chilly and sweater weather #YAS our skin, hair etc. really dries out with the weather change. Coconut delight scrub is easily going to become your best friend when your skin gets dry. Lastly they have a Coffee scrub it's made to target Cellulite, ans stretch marks. Now the three that I just mentioned I haven't had the chance to try out yet. But if they are anything like the Suga daddy scrub I'm in and need them all. The scrub smells absolutely amazing. The only downside that I found was the grounds get EVERYWHERE. So when you use the scrub make sure that you go back and scrub your tub, because you are going to find the scrub everywhere. The first time I used it, I was like "Oh this is a tad messy" I rinsed off and I got out and started cleaning up the tub. I don't know how the grounds got under the bottles on the edge but they did. Needless to say it was a messy adventrue. But my skin has never felt better, this is the scrub you want to use pre-shaving, I don't know if it's just me but I use this scrub and then shave and my skin stays smoother about 1 day and 1/2 longer than if i didn't scrub at all. I am unsure if that is just a freak coinsidence but hey i'll take those results any day. http://www.bodyblendz.com.au/products/watermelon-mitt

Like with any other scrub, it's best to use a mitt to exfoliate. I find that especially with the Body Blendz scrub you get better results using the mitt. This is my personal favorite mitt from Body Blendz because I love watermelon.
