I followed this recipe for the cheese sauce but I used Sharp cheddar, Mozerella and Parmesan cheese.
What you will need:
1. Follow the recipe for cheese sauce
2. One box of Penne Pasta
3. 1 medium onion (diced)
4. 1 package of bacon (fried and diced)
5. Remaining cheese from the cheese sauce recipe will be used as topping.
6. Olive oil or non stick cooking spray
7. Salt
8. Pepper
9. Minced garlic
This recipe can easily be altered by switching out the pasta to a smaller size and style such as (elbow mac) and once completely mixed prior to placing in a dish. You can spray non stick cooking spray into a cupcake pan and finish off with cheese and bacon on top.
Makes a killer appetizer.
