Essence gel liner is my #1 favorite gel liner of the moment for me this liner lasts easily 10 hours with very minimal smudging and normally it smudges on my lower lashline if i put it near my water line. It's super black and creamy, glides on like butter and it's the most inexpensive out of the five!

Loreal' liner $9
This is another great find from the drugstore, it claims to be a 24 hour long wearing gel liner, I haven't noticed 24 hour wear but hey I don't wear makeup for 24 hours so my opinion is null and void haha... Loreal' has been one of my favorite brands forever because rarely do they disappoint me. This is another one of those great raved about products. Loreal' always provides luxury products at an affordable price.
NYX Cosmetics $8
Nyx has been for me a recent ( past two years) find of all time GOLD. This is literally the most long wearing and waterproof liner that I own. I used this liner to create my tribal look from Halloween look a little over two years ago. Video on my channel.

ABH is a great higher end Gel liner and they come in some really stunning colors.
