been awarded the Chartered
Management Institute (CMI) Level
7 Diploma in Strategic Leadership
and Management within the last 5
years. Alternatively, you can offer
a Recognised Prior Learning (RPL)
portfolio, demonstrating your
suitability. If you are a military
applicant, you can apply on the
basis of RPL via either your rank
or the award of Intermediate
Command Staff Course (ICSC),
plus proven work experience at a
leadership level. Entry requirements

equivalent professional experience
and/or qualifications, such as the
Chartered Institute of Marketing
(CIM) Diploma in Marketing.
