Bronze Package
Our Bronze Package is ideal for Landlords who want to show new Tenants around, but leave all the paperwork to us. We will list your package on our website, app, OnTheMarket, complete all Tenant referencing, create the Tenancy Agreement and also lodge your deposit with a government-approved scheme.
Basic Package
Our Basic Package includes listing your property on our website and app, as well as OnTheMarket for 28 days. The Landlord is responsible for doing the viewings as well as arranging the Tenancy Agreement and Tenant referencing is available as an optional extra.
