We spend a monumental amount of time and effort in manifesting such packages, so if one of our packages does not suit your needs, simply contact us and we will create the perfect package for you.
(B) Pricing
The pricing for our packages is a fixed monthly fee, or a one-off fee. We do not believe in the archaic style of Letting Agencies charging percentage figures of rent as a means of fees. We put the same high-level of work into all property, regardless of its cost, so our charges remain the same.
(C) Household Appliances
Furthermore, we can also arrange for gas safety certificates, boiler and appliance cover, and many other services through a special deal with British Gas.

Platinum Package
The Platinum Package has been created to take away all the stress and worry of renting your property. We include everything in the Gold Package but also add a Gas Safety Certificate, boiler and appliance cover, guaranteed rental income, end of tenancy cleaning and a 24/7 Tenant Helpline so any issues your tenants have will be dealt with as a matter of urgency.
Gold Package
The Gold Package is ideal for Landlords who want to leave most of the day-to-day worries to us. We will advertise your property via our website, app, OnTheMarket, show Tenants around your property, complete all Tenant referencing, create the Tenancy Agreement, lodge your deposit with a government-approved scheme, arrange for the tenants 'move-in' and inventory checks.
We also collect rent monthly and deal with repair requests from your Tenants. There is also the option to upgrade this package to include 'Tenant Evict' cover which covers all expenses should your enant not pay their rent, and Guaranteed Rental Income.
Silver Package
Let us take on more responsibility for looking after your property. The Silver Package includes everything in the Bronze Package but with the added benefits of our Lettings Negotiators showing Tenants around your property; checking-in tenants; and an inventory check.
