FACIAL EXPRESSIONS •  If you aren’t working with an experienced model and you are seeking a particular facial expression, ask the model to think about something that could make her/him do that expression naturally. Per example: if you want a model to have an assertive look, ask him/her to think about the orders she/he’d give if she/he was a chief.
