Arlington Commons Helps Revitalize Lamar Boulevard
The Roosevelt, the first phase of
the Arlington Commons apartment
development, began pre-leasing in
summer 2017.
The 353-unit, built by The
Nehemiah Company of Arlington, is
located at 425 E. Lamar Boulevard north
of Interstate 30. The four-story complex,
which opened in late 2017, features a
pool, outdoor entertaining amenities and nearby linear park.
The Arlington Commons is a 10-year, $200-million project designed to revitalize
Lamar Boulevard and bring high-quality, urban-style apartment living to Arlington.
The development, which has additional phases, will feature approximately 1,300

units by its 2024 completion.
UPS Selects Arlington as a Regional Hub
